End-to-end value chain digitalization… Strengthening AI capabilities
Dassault Systèmes and Bell Group announced a long-term partnership to transform the food industry to a sustainable model.
Through this partnership, the two companies will attempt to digitally transform the process from product ideation, manufacturing, to market launch using AI.
The Bell Group said it “explores innovative food technologies that efficiently develop and manufacture healthy and sustainable foods in the highly regulated food industry.”
Through this collaboration, Bell Group will implement the ‘Perfect Production’ industry solution experience based on Dassault Systèmes’ 3DEXPERIENCE platform in 11 factories worldwide to improve the efficiency and sustainability of its manufacturing operations.
The key elements of the introduction of Dassault Systèmes' 3DEXPERIENCE platform are: △MOM (Manufacturing Operations Management), △Food and Material Science, △AI and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management).
The Bell Group expects that by strengthening the capabilities of its employees, it will be able to optimize inventory levels and raw material consumption, and achieve more sustainable production with consistent quality everywhere.

The two companies will implement PLM to connect people, processes and data in a single collaborative environment, enabling everyone involved to access the right information at the right time. This will facilitate collaboration and decision-making from product idea to market launch, and streamline business activities.
