SDV stands for Software Defined Vehicle, a platform that allows vehicle functions to be defined and updated through software.

Previously, hardware dictated the limits of functionality, but now software can continuously add new features. there is.

This presents a huge opportunity for OEMs and third-party developers alike, but it also presents complex collaboration and integration validation challenges.

In particular, as functions are centralized into an architecture centered on HPC (High Performance Controller) and zonal controllers, it has become common for multiple teams to participate in development simultaneously on a single controller.

Accordingly, the scale of development is increasing and the complexity of integration is increasing exponentially.

The existing Autosar-based ECU development was a monolithic structure, integrating all components into a single project.

The DaVinci team provides two key features:

First, it automates basic software setup. Instead of a GUI, plugins automatically handle settings for each area, preventing settings from being missed or conflicting.

Also automation of application integration. Automatically performs complex tasks such as port mapping and task configuration based on JSON instructions.

This automation integrates with DevOps tools like Jenkins and Gradle to build a continuous integration and delivery (CICD) environment, enabling testing on real targets or virtual environments.
