Snowflake will introduce its integrated AI strategy with AWS at AWS Summit Seoul 2026, featuring its natural language-based AI coding agent, 'Cortex Code'. The core of this announcement is a method of bundling everything from data integration to the building and operation of AI workflows into a single flow.

Snowflake will participate in 'AWS Summit Seoul 2026,' held at COEX in Seoul from the 20th to the 21st, and will operate a breakout session and an exhibition booth. At this event, the company plans to unveil its AI data operation methods based on the AWS environment and ways to utilize Cortex code.

Hyun-Jung Kim, Senior Partner Solution Engineer at Snowflake, will be a speaker at the breakout session. Under the theme of "Snowflake + AWS Integrated AI Strategy," Engineer Kim will explain the issues of tool fragmentation, security, and compliance that companies face when building AI pipelines.

At the center of the session lies Cortex Code. Cortex Code is an AI coding agent that supports data integration, AI workflow configuration, and operational processes based on natural language commands. Through this, Snowflake plans to reduce reliance on specialized infrastructure personnel and present a method to organize data and AI workflows in a more consistent environment.

The presentation also covers the case of the BMW Group. The BMW Group is introduced as a case study in which it integrated vehicle and operational system data using the AWS-based Snowflake AI Data Cloud and established a large-scale analytics environment through a cloud data hub. Key highlights include reducing data silos and operating various AI and analytics workloads under a data governance framework.

A Cortex Code live demo will be held at the exhibition booth. Visitors can observe the process of building an end-to-end AI pipeline, from data integration to deployment, on-site using natural language commands.

This participation demonstrates that discussions on corporate AI adoption are expanding beyond model development to data connectivity and operating systems. Through its integration strategy with AWS, Snowflake is expected to present directions for the data management and workflow integration required during the AI utilization phase.
