LG Electronics is expanding its residential solution business for corporate customers by extending the lineup of its modular housing 'LG Smart Cottage' to the 20-pyeong range. The new product targets not only residential use but also commercial demand, such as training centers, leisure facilities, and accommodations, by significantly lowering the price per pyeong while increasing usable area.

LG Electronics launched two new single-story modular housing products on the 29th.

These are the 'MONO Core 72 (72.9㎡, approx. 22 pyeong)' and 'MONO Core 82 (82.1㎡, approx. 24 pyeong)', the first models in the 20-pyeong range to be introduced in the LG Smart Cottage lineup.

The launch prices (including VAT) start at 199.5 million won and 223.5 million won, respectively, and vary depending on the selected options and installation environment.

The company stated that the price per square meter has decreased by up to 76% compared to the existing model.

Both models consist of two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom.
