May 2nd, 1:00 PM, COEX Conference Room 327

Mouser Electronics™, the industry’s leading New Product Introduction (NPI) distributor with the widest selection of semiconductors and electronic components, will host a seminar on the topic of Internet of Things (IoT) and Energy Harvesting Design on May 2nd at 1:00 p.m. in the COEX Conference Room (Room 327).

The spread of IoT technology has led to increased interest in ultra-low-power technologies that can extend the battery life of devices and more sustainable and stable power supplies, and the electronics industry is paying attention to energy harvesting as an alternative technology.

Energy harvesting encompasses a range of processes that capture and store small amounts of otherwise wasted renewable energy from a variety of sources, including solar, motion, heat, and wind power, so that the energy can be used to power electronic devices or charge batteries.

In this seminar, Mouser Electronics will discuss power considerations when designing IoT and energy harvesting systems. We will examine related wireless technology trends, as well as key components and solutions required for system design, together with experts from each field, including Analog Devices (ADI), Silicon Labs, and Amphenol ACS.

In addition, a special lecture will be held on the topic of IoT power solution application cases and energy harvesting power management circuit technology trends.

“Today’s electronics industry is challenged to optimize resources and implement renewable energy solutions to meet growing energy demands, and they are turning to energy harvesting technologies as a sustainable and environmentally friendly solution,” said Daphne Tien, vice president of marketing and business development for Mouser APAC. “This Mouser seminar will provide the latest information on various energy harvesting technologies and sustainable energy storage designs, as well as insights on selecting the optimal components required for related system designs.”

Mouser will hold various raffle and survey events for attendees of this seminar, and winners will be given Mouser eco-bags and prizes.
