Onsemi announced on the 17th that it will strengthen its long-term partnership with DENSO CORPORATION, an automotive parts company, to support advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) technologies including autonomous driving.

For over 10 years, Onsemi has been supplying DENSO with cutting-edge intelligent automotive sensors for ADAS and autonomous driving, and these semiconductors have contributed to improving vehicle intelligence, including helping to reduce traffic fatalities.

As a sign of this collaboration, Denso is said to be planning to further strengthen its long-term relationship by acquiring Onsemi shares in the public market.
