세계적인 반도체 기업 ST마이크로일렉트로닉스(STMicroelectronics, 이하 ST)가 최근 우수고용협회(Top Employers Institute)로부터 탁월한 인사 정책과 관행을 인정받아 2025년 글로벌 최고의 직장(Top Employer Global)으로 선정됐다.
Recognition of outstanding personnel policies and efforts to improve work environment
STMicroelectronics (ST), a global semiconductor company, has been recognized for its contributions to creating the world's best work environment, including personnel strategy, work environment, and talent acquisition.
ST announced on the 24th that it was recently selected as a Top Employer Global 2025 by the Top Employers Institute in recognition of its excellent human resources policies and practices.
ST is one of only 17 companies in the world to have been named a Global Best Employer for 2025, with 41 ST locations recognized.
The Best Employer Institute's program certifies companies based on their participation in and results of the HR Best Practices Survey.
ST scored highly on its approach to continuous improvement, particularly in areas such as ethics and integrity, purpose and values, organization and change, business strategy and performance.
“For several years, ST has been driving people-centric innovation by focusing on the employee journey and experience, strengthening our leadership culture, and streamlining and digitizing our business processes,” said Rajita D’Souza, President of Human Resources and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at ST.“The Global Best Workplaces certification demonstrates that these efforts are headed in the right direction,” he said.

The Top Employers Institute's research process covers six HR-related areas, organized into 20 topics including people strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, learning, diversity and inclusion, and wellness, through verification and audit.
The program has recognized and recognized more than 2,400 best workplaces in 125 countries and territories across five continents.
