iCraft and HPC/AI Partnership

Lenovo Global Technology Korea (ISG) is joining hands with iCRAFT, an enterprise AI specialist, to accelerate its domestic market penetration of ThinkSystem water-cooled servers equipped with liquid cooling technology.

Lenovo announced on the 9th that it is strengthening its strategy in the high-performance computing (HPC) and AI markets by forming a partnership with AI service provider iCRAFT.

Lenovo plans to accelerate the domestic HPC/AI market with its ThinkSystem product line that supports NVIDIA's GPUs and superchips.

The ThinkSystem SR780a V3 is a liquid-cooled GPU server for high-density HPC/AI workloads, supporting eight NVIDIA GPUs and NVLink high-speed interconnect.

Also released last month, the ThinkSystem SC777 V4 Neptune is a cutting-edge water-cooled server that maximizes computing performance and energy efficiency based on 100% direct hot water cooling, and supports NVIDIA's GB200 Grace Blackwell superchip.

It also supports the next-generation NVIDIA platform for high-performance accelerated networking, simplifying the development and deployment of AI solutions.

“We are delighted to be able to expand the domestic HPC/AI market through the collaboration between Lenovo and iCraft,” said Lenovo Vice President Seok-Joon Yoon. “We will now be able to provide innovative and energy-efficient solutions.”

IkeRaft provides customized services for building AI and machine learning services for enterprises, and plans to provide smart and accessible AI services and IT infrastructure through collaboration with Lenovo.

Kwon Young-ro, Vice President of iCraft, said, “We will open a new horizon for water-cooled AI servers through technology sharing between the two companies.”
