Teledyne Lecroy showcased its electronic signal analysis technology by introducing equipment that can accurately and easily analyze signals that are difficult to analyze in communication methods that exchange large amounts of data.
Teledyne LeCroy participated in the Semiconductor Expo (SEDEX 2024) held at COEX from October 23 to 25 and showcased various measuring equipment.
Teledyne LeCroy is a global company that manufactures and sells a variety of measuring equipment, including oscilloscopes, protocol analyzers, network analyzers, and arbitrary waveform analyzers, that can capture and analyze electronic signals.
At this year's SEDEX 2024, three product groups were exhibited: △PAM4 signal analyzer, △10Base T1S automotive Ethernet, and △network analyzer.
PAM (Pulse Amplitude Modulation) signals can use more voltage signal levels than the traditional digital signal coding scheme NRZ (Non-Return-to-Zero), so each signal symbol period can transmit more bits of logic information. It is used in communication methods where a large amount of data is exchanged, but it is difficult to analyze using a conventional NRZ analyzer, so a PAM4 signal analyzer must be used.
Teladyne LeCroy's PAM4 signal analyzer features an intuitive UI that allows users to view PAM4 signals, allowing them to see PAM4 signal accumulation, pulses, and patterns at a glance, and provides tools for customers to easily analyze the signals through diagrams.
It also provides 12-bit resolution and 65㎓ bandwidth, satisfying the level of high-end equipment.
10Base T1S Automotive Ethernet is an Ethernet that can be used in autonomous driving, cameras, and video-related areas where large amounts of data are exchanged in automotive communications. It is a product that can decode signals, display tables, eye diagrams, and even display masks.
The network analyzer is available at one-third the price of existing products. It has a compact size, modular design for easy portability, minimizes the risk of short circuits, and has an intuitive UI that can display UI frequency, time, eye diagram, etc.
It supports automatic calibration by allowing you to input cable values, and since you only need to install software on your laptop, you can use it on the go.
“The products and solutions provided by Teledyne LeCroy actively respond to the rapidly changing industrial environment, providing rapid measurement, analysis, and verification of electronic signals and driving product innovation,” said Junseong Kim, deputy manager of Teledyne LeCroy, who introduced the products at this exhibition. “If you have any inquiries about electronic signal analysis equipment, please contact Teledyne LeCroy at any time.”
